Did You Know? – 14

If you can simply make use of your determination to run daily for 7 minutes, you could have very good chances to add 3 years to your lifespan.  That’s what we learn!

According to newspaper reports, DC Lee, lead author of the study and as assistant professor in the Iowa State University said, they discovered that runners who ran less than 51 minutes per week have the same mortality advantages – compared to runners who ran more than 3 hours per week.

In other words, the benefits remained identical – no matter how long or far or frequently or fast – participants reported running.

The investigations for this research took over 15 years, and the researchers studies 55,137 adults between the age of 18 and 100!
