Melbourne, Australia Dear Geeta,
First of all, Sergej and I would like to thank you for sending us Hello Magazine with our photographs from the Book launch event. It was an opportunity to remind us of such an exceptional event we had a great honour to attend. We are also very happy that we were able to get your book on the spot, and had it signed by you. I was very impatient to see the book and its contents so I started reading it the same night we came home. Of course, to do it properly, I needed more time. As I already read some of your poems before, I was aware they simply call a reader to get back to them more than once. It always happens to me when I read poetry which is far from being purely descriptive, poetry that is more profound and demands the reader's complete engagement. That is the reason that I keep going back to your poetry over and over. No matter it requires certain knowledge of the long lasting links between India and the Emirates, my humble self does not know much about, I try to approach it only as a human being brought up and educated within different cultural background, but with all strong and weak points typical for any human. And every time I get back to your book, I feel all my senses are engaged, my imagination is captured and my thoughts are deep in the universal topics of human existence. If we, your readers, manage to identify with you as a poet even for a moment, to enter your world of deep thoughts and refined feelings, than we can say that your poetry has achieved its goal. There is no need to encourage you further to keep on writing. You have already got your wings. So keep flying! Congratulations!

Dubai, U.A.E. Dear Geeta,
Congratulations on the huge success of your book 'An Indian Ode to the Emirates'. I read your article in Friday Magazine. It is a wonderful thing when we can hone our skills and let them become a blessing and inspiration to others. God also blessed you with a couple of great mentors to help bring out and encourage the talent in you. I also commend you for the great work at EKAL that you do. I had signed out a piggy bank for my 12 year old daughter and she has been putting some of her pocket money into the piggy bank over the past several months and has about 100 AED saved so far. I would like to turn it in sometime. Great idea to teach children to give and reach out to the community. All the best.

Dubai, U.A.E. Dear Geetaji,
Let me first of all congratulate you for launching the beautiful book: "An Indian Ode To The Emirates". I have read it and read it and read it once again to touch the spirit of the poems. It seems you are not meant for this fake and material world. Your heart craves to be a part of the higher regions which know no pain or suffering and is the abode of bliss and everlasting peace. I am really touched by your expressions which have found their way to travel to the Divine. God bless you always! With love.
