Sandy Bars
Crests of waves,
Dashing across,
Beyond the Ocean’s domain.
Embracing, eroding the bigger rocks,
Caressing, coaxing the smaller ones –
Drowning themselves!
Then surfacing back again!
Oblivious of all this!
Wet particles of semolina like sand,
Dry themselves, without inhibitions,
In full view of all –
Awaiting expectantly for the moon
To show up, and make
The watery landscape regale!
