The Moon and I
(A love-poem)
Bedecked, in a virgin’s veil
of shimmering blue...
Is the azure sky,
a bride to the opulent Moon?
The nocturnal elements,
as usual, are secretive,
giving away no signs
of love patterns’ singing tunes!
The gentle breeze is slow in pulse,
now, both race for a race...
when they see my dreams stir up
to dance with thoughts of you!
