Low-Fat-Food Labels

Here’s a suggestion.  While buying foodstuff branded with the low-fat concept – also keep a hawk’s eye on the sugar content.  It is important to know that low on fat often does not necessarily mean low on sugar.  Plus, sugar is the biggest culprit for gaining weight.  For example, a sweet flavoured milk-drink or yoghurt may be low in fat.  However, you cannot gorge on it because the sugar will harm your body by converting into fat.  A highly sensible approach is not to be obsessed with Low-Fat-Food.  It is better to eat moderately and consume naturally fatty foods like nuts.
