I tell myself … what defines our character is how we rise after falling.  Without the existence of grace, courage, self-analysis, we are weaker soldiers to fight the next battles.  The smart creed of philosophers and statesmans were not born out of the podiums.  Their desire to learn from their falls and what course to adopt for fighting their challenges made them into deep thinkers and doers.  Every challenge overcome with grace, courage, self-analysis helps in the exercise of character-building.  It is very hard in the beginning to follow this disciplining line, but when achieved, even partly, will make a positive difference in our lives.
